LGCD Library (a division of the Kementerian Alam Sekitar dan Kesihatan Awam ) provides bulk loan of books to over 200 public and village libraries. It also provides mobile library services in co-operation with the local municipal or district councils (Kuching, Sibu, Miri, Sarikei, Sri Aman, Mukah, Samarahan) and operates the reference libraries in Kuching Civic Centre and at Jalan P. Ramlee.
