- Example of CD description catalogue:
- In this example, we would like to highlight on the physical description. If there is sound in this CD-ROM, the statement
for the physical description would be:
1 CD-ROM: sd., col.; 4 ¾ in + installation procedures.
- Electronic resources often have guides included. This guide could be added in the physical description after '+'. Besides
from installation procedures, sometimes users guide could be found in the box. The description of the user guide would be
written in a bracket '( )'. Example:
1 CD-ROM: sd., col.; 4 ¾ in + 1 users guide (20p.: ill.; 12 cm.)
