Penyemakan Stok » 20.12.2004

Bagi tujuan Penyemakan Stok, Pustaka Negeri Sarawak akan beroperasi seperti berikut:

  • Pinjaman bahan-bahan dihentikan dari 10 Disember 2004 hingga 1 Januari 2005.
  • Bahan-bahan pinjaman hendaklah dikembalikan pada atau sebelum 24 Disember 2004.
  • Pustaka Negeri Sarawak akan ditutup dari 25 Disember 2004 hingga 1 Januari 2005, dan akan dibuka pada 2 Januari 2004.

Kerjasama daripada pihak Tuan / Puan amatlah dihargai dan sebarang kesulitan amat dikesali.

These databases, which include journals, e-books and reports, offer a rich source of information for your research, reference and management needs.

Launching of Lincoln Corner » 11.05.2004

Lincoln Corner has been officially launced by Y.A.B. Pehin Sri Dr. Haji Abdul Taib Bin Mahmud, Chief Minister Of Sarawak together with Her Excellency Marie T. Huhtala, U.S. Ambassador Of Malaysia on 11th May 2004.

 

Lincoln Corner is a special collections of information about the United States of America that are provided to state libraries in various provinces of Malaysia. The main purpose of thiscorner is to better inform the public in those provinces about American businesses and educational opportunities, U.S. history and culture, travel tips, and other ways to promote mutual understanding and stronger ties between our countries.

 

In addition, the Lincoln Resource Center will make much of its electronic/computer-based resources available to the lincoln Corner, including archives of every U.S. periodical article dating back to 1987, databases of U.S. businesses, universities and statistics, and much more. A collection of videotapes, DVDs and other audio-visual resources will also be part of the Lincoln Corner, as will be online access to the Lincoln Resource Center and Malaysian-American Commission for educational Exchange (MACEE) via webcam and email.
